Thank you for shopping with 3D Printing Hub. We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Many of our products are made to order using high-quality 3D printing. If additional production time is required, this will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–5 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: A$10.99
Free Standard Shipping: Orders of A$99 or more
Express Shipping: A$14.99
Free Express Shipping: Orders of A$149 or more
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Packaging
Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)
- Photos of the packaging
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the parcel needs to be redirected or resent.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within Australia.
International shipping may become available in the future.
